Ingredients
Rava/Sooji - 1 cup

Rice flour - 1/2 cup
onion (finely chopped) - 1/2 cup
Green chillies - finely choppped - 3 tsp
Cumin/Jeera - 2 tsp
Pepper - 1 tsp
Curry leaves - 2 tsp
Coriander leaves - 2 tsp
Water - 3 to 4 cups
Cashews - Broken - 10 nos
Salt - as per taste

Method
Finely chop - onions, chillies, curry leaves, coriander leaves

Coarsely crush pepper

In a bowl mix all the ingredients except water and onion. Once mixed well, add water and set it aside for half an hour. The batter should be as thin as buttermilk.

In a dosa tawa, put some oil and sprinkle the onion and pour the batter randomly. Need not be in circle like ordinary dosa. Wherever there is a gap, you can pour it like in the picture.

This dosai unlike ordinary dosa will take time to cook. Flip on other side and serve hot with Chutney/Sambar.
