My husband dont like Gobi (oh my gosh!) , so i thought of mincing Gobi (so i can make him eat unknowingly) and ended up doing Gobi Paneer Keema.
This keema can be used for
1. Stuffing Paratha
2. Bread ball
3. Bread Sandwich
4. Side dish for rice/Roti/Paratha
You will be astongished by the versatile usage of this keema.
Infact once i prepared, instead of stuffing i started eating as it is. My husband who dont like gobi, loved Keema stuffed Paratha. See how it worked out.
